There is a special and intangible bond that great teams have. It often stems from a common purpose, common values and a common world view. If ever that bond breaks, all hell breaks loose. Mis-Communicator of the Week goes to MAGA World, which is losing its collective mind over the whole Jeffrey Epstein business. ​ Transparency is the one thing that MAGA World professes to stand for, and so any sense of a cover up sends them nuts. When you have a team or lead a community, it is critical to understand, nurture, and protect the values and principles you profess to share. Do that and the community will live, fight, and even die together. Break that and you may never put the community back together again.
